SCOPE OF SERVICE 服務範圍

- Responsive Design Implementation – Provide an optimal viewing experience: easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing and scrolling across a wide range of devices (from mobile phones, tablets to desktop computer monitors)
- 響應式設計實施 – 提供最佳的觀看體驗：輕鬆閱讀和導航，在各種設備（從手機、平板電腦到台式電腦顯示器）上都能兼容
- During the service period, you can request to change the picture or text content once a month, more than 1 time, additional fee will be charged
- 服務期間，每月有 1 次更改圖片或文字內容的機會，1次以上的更改服務，將會將會收取額外費用
- One page website does not include any functional elements , eg. shopping cart/payment/submission form etc. is not included
- 一頁式網頁不包含任何功能元素，如購物車/付款/提交表格等
- Once the design template is selected, it is not possible to request to modify the basic design structure
- 設計模板一經選定，不得要求修改基本設計結構
- Customers can request delete Section / elements from template, but cannot request to add Section / Element
- 客戶可以請求刪除設計模板區域/元素，但不能請求添加區域/元素
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）will not provide picture design or content create service, the picture or content displayed on the website is provided by the client
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）不會為客戶設計圖片或內容，網頁上展示的內容/圖片由客戶提供
- The first version of the page will be completed within 14 days after you provide all information
- 網頁初版將在您提供完整信息後的 14 天內完成
- After first version of the page is completed, You have 3 chances to modify the content/picture
- 開發完成後，有3次修改內容/圖片的機會
Terms of Payment 支付條款
- 100% of payment is paid before the project is started
- 網頁開發前，客戶必須支付所有費用
- Customers can request a refund before project start
- 在項目開發階段前，顧客可隨時要求退款
COMMUNICATION 溝通
- Email and WhatsApp is to be the primary form of communication between Client and Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）, not available for phone calls
- 電子郵件和 WhatsApp 將成為客戶和 Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）之間的主要通信方式，電話呼叫將不獲接聽
- Basic support receives 7 Days attention. Client will provide sufficient notice and allow for reasonable timeframes for project completions. Rush service may be subject to a 25% surcharge and/or other rush fees
- 我們會在7天內處理客提出的需求，客户必須為要處理的問題提交具體清晰的通知，並預留時間給Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）進行處理。加急服務請求可能需要支付 25% 的附加費和 / 或其他加急費用
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）reserves the right to refuse any project or service request outside the scope
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）保留拒绝任何超出服務範圍的要求的權利
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 客戶義務
- Client understands that Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） is not an employee, and that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected. Due to the virtual nature of the relationship, Client understands the importance of communication, especially via email, and agrees to respond to questions, requests and communications from Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） in a timely manner
- 客戶需要了解 Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）不是員工，這將是一種平等的協作、專業關係，期望相互專業尊重、禮貌和考慮。 由於關係的虛擬性質，客戶了解溝通的重要性，尤其是通過電子郵件，並同意及時回復來自 Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） 的問題、請求和通信
- Client understands that Poor planning or miscommunications on the part of the Client will not constitute an emergency for Webnine.（SLASH-IDEA） Client understands that Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）may require detailed clarification of projects in order to meet expectations and provide the best support and highest quality work
- 由於客戶因為計劃不周或溝通不暢造成的緊急情況，Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）將不會負責。 客戶了解，Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）需要對項目進行詳細說明，以達到最高質量的工作效率
RELEASE OF LIABILITY 免責聲明
- Client shall indemnify, defend and save Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） harmless from any and all suits, costs, damages or proceedings, including, but not limited to, Webnine’s （SLASH-IDEA）services, pertaining to any and all litigation in which the Client is a party
- 如遇法律訴訟，客戶應賠償，保護 Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） 免受任何和所有訴訟。訴訟產生的費用、損害、訴訟程序，都將不包括在Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）的責任以及服務範疇
- Client shall further indemnify and hold harmless Webnine （SLASH-IDEA）and its agents, officers and directors from liability for any and all claims, costs, suits and damages, including attorneys’ fees arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the operation of Client, and from liability for injuries suffered by any person relating to the Client
- 客戶應進一步賠償Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）及其代理人、管理人員和董事，使其免於承擔任何和所有索賠、費用、訴訟和損害賠償，包括直接或間接因客戶運營而產生或與之相關的律師費， 以及與客戶有關的任何人遭受的傷害的責任
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, plagiarism, etc. Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） will not be held liable for typographical omissions or errors
- Webnine （SLASH-IDEA）不對任何偶然的、間接的或間接的損害承擔責任，包括但不限於利潤損失、業務中斷、信息丟失、抄襲等造成的損害。Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）對排版遺漏或錯誤不承擔任何責任
- These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and Chinese. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail
- 本條款及細則以英文及中文撰寫。 如果兩個版本之間有任何衝突或歧異，均以英文版本者為準
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Webnine（SLASH-IDEA） shall be final
- Webnine（SLASH-IDEA）保留隨時更改使用條款及細則之權利，而不會作另行通知。如有任何爭議，Webnine （SLASH-IDEA）保留最終決定權
